1. Pay the cost of services in accordance with the terms of the contract.
2. Pay the registration fee for each Co-exhibitor company that has a different legal name than the Exhibitor.
3. Provide the Operator with information about the company for inclusion in the exhibition catalog no later than November 2, 2026.
4. Provide the Operator with information about your representatives and their personal data for the registration of badges no later than 10 (ten) calendar days before the start of the event.
5. An exhibitor who rents an unequipped area is obliged to:
a) Carry out construction, design, and electrical installation work within the scope of your own stand.
b) By no later than November 2, 2026, provide the Operator with a design project for the rental area, qualification documents, and the coordinates of the stand's construction company.
c) By no later than October 30, 2026, submit an application to the Operator for an electrical connection, indicating the required energy consumption capacity.
d) No later than November 10, 2026, provide the Operator with a completed application for special passes for the days of installation/dismantling of the stand, accompanied by photocopies of the passports of the individuals for whom the special passes are intended.
A special pass for the days of the stand's installation/dismantling is issued to citizens of the Russian Federation and citizens of other countries upon submission of properly completed documents confirming the status granting the right to carry out labor activities and a temporary residence permit in the Russian Federation, in accordance with Federal Laws No. 524-FZ, No. 522-FZ, No. 508-FZ, No. 409-FZ, and No. 357-FZ dated December 31, 2014.
e) No later than November 2, 2026, provide the Operator with the technical parameters of the stand to be built, as well as the certificates for the materials intended for the construction of the stand, for approval by the Fire Safety and Civil Defense Department of the VDNKh-EXPO exhibition complex.
f) He is fully responsible for the actions of himself or third parties (engaged by him to design the exhibition) that cause damage to the property of the VDNKh-EXPO exhibition complex, the Operator, the Exhibitors, the Delegates, and the Visitors of the exhibition, as well as for the extension of the installation and dismantling periods.
6. In order to carry out construction work on the territory of the VDNKh-EXPO exhibition complex, the Exhibitor or their authorized representative must obtain construction accreditation no later than October 29, 2026. If the Exhibitor applies for construction accreditation after October 29, 2026, they will be charged an additional fee of 30,000 rubles for processing the accreditation application.
7. To install the stand and equipment within the following timeframe:
— November 15, 2026, between 08:00 and 20:00
— November 16, 2026, between 08:00 and 20:00
— November 17, 2026, from 08:00 to 15:00
— November 17, 2026, from 15:00 to 20:00 (final cleaning and delivery of stands).
The Exhibitor, or its authorized representative, is obliged to pay for the extended installation time in accordance with the Operator's rates within 5 (five) banking days from the date of the invoice.
8. During the installation, the Exhibitor or their authorized representative must have the following qualifications for conducting electrical installation work: a certificate, a copy of the order appointing the person responsible for the electrical system, a copy of the license for conducting electrical installation work, a passport for electrical panels, accreditation, and a power of attorney for signing the Application for extending the installation and dismantling time of the Exhibitor's stand.
9. The layout of the stand must be agreed upon with the Exhibition Operator.
10. The height of the stand should not exceed 6 meters for exhibitors located on the first line (A+), and 4 meters for exhibitors located on other lines.
11. To dismantle the stand, equipment, and construction debris within the following timeframe:
— November 20, 2026, from 16:00 to 23:59
— November 21, 2026, from 00:00 to 08:00
In the event that the Exhibitor's representative fails to dismantle the stand within the specified timeframe, the Operator will remove the Exhibitor's property from the exhibition space at their own expense. The Exhibitor will be responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the dismantling and transportation process. The Operator will charge the Exhibitor for the documented costs associated with the dismantling, removal, and storage of the Exhibitor's property, as well as any additional costs incurred to extend the lease of the Pavilion if necessary for the dismantling and removal of the Exhibitor's property. The Exhibitor also pays a fine of 50% of the cost of this contract.
12. In the event of intentional damage to the VDNKh-EXPO exhibition complex, as well as to the Operator's equipment or property, the Operator shall reimburse the confirmed expenses in full within 5 (five) banking days after the Operator's invoice.
13. The following rules must be followed during the event:
The volume of sound equipment should not exceed 50 (fifty) decibels. Live music can only be played with the Operator's permission.
The use of light effects is prohibited.
In cases where noise and optical interference cause difficulties for other Exhibitors and/or inconvenience to participants and visitors, the Operator has the right to limit or prohibit the relevant events.
14. Observe the safety, fire and sanitary regulations at the exhibition. Provide a certificate of fire protection treatment for all potentially combustible materials used.
15. Take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of your own personnel, the Operator's personnel, and visitors, as well as the safety of your own premises and equipment, as well as the Operator's premises and equipment, and the premises and equipment of other participants and exhibitors, when working at the booth, as well as when transporting your own property.
16. To independently resolve any claims that may arise from third parties in the event that the Exhibitor uses objects of copyright and related rights.
17. To coordinate with the Operator in advance all presentation events, such as reading reports, showing movies, and distributing advertising and other literature, held outside the booth.
18. Sign the acceptance and transfer of services performed within 5 (five) business days from the date of its presentation by the Operator; or provide a written motivated refusal within the same period; if there is no motivated refusal to sign the act within 10 (ten) days from the date of the exhibition, the services are considered to have been provided in full by the Operator.
