Registration for participants of the XXIII All‑Russian Congress of Organizations for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments has begun

The application campaign has begun for representatives of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation who plan to take part in the 23rd All‑Russian Congress of Authorities Responsible for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments. The Congress will be held on November 19−20, 2026, at VDNH as part of the International Exhibition on Architecture, Restoration, Culture and Archaeology "ARCA".

The event will take place in the new Pavilion No. 20 "Forum" of the VDNH EXPO congress and exhibition centre.

Within the framework of the 23rd All‑Russian Congress, a rich business programme will be organised. The central events will be plenary sessions featuring leading experts in the field of state protection of cultural heritage sites. Participants will examine current issues related to improving legislation, as well as modern approaches and practical aspects of preserving cultural heritage sites.

Special attention at the congress will be paid to the professional interaction between representatives of the bodies responsible for protecting cultural heritage sites in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the exchange of experience, and the discussion of current tasks facing the sector.

A cultural and educational program has also been prepared for the participants, which includes visits to the unique sites of VDNH.

Specialists from 33 regions of the Russian Federation have already expressed interest in participating in the congress. To date, more than 100 applications have been submitted by representatives of the field of cultural heritage conservation.
